Imagine yourself sitting on a private deck, enjoying a view of coastal islands, watching lobstermen pulling their filled traps and heron wading on the rocks beneath your window. This is but a sample of what the Blue Lupin Bed and Breakfast has to offer.

Situated on an acre and a half of land, the Blue Lupin is just 35 feet from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Relax in the sun surrounded by the fresh scented ocean breeze while you gaze out at the ever changing colors of sea and sky from your porch.

The Blue Lupin is ideally located, close to many attractions and easy day trips to others, but secluded enough to allow guests a chance to relax and enjoy themselves.

As a guest of the Blue Lupin, you will enjoy the softest of sheets in a truly cozy coastal Maine home as the sounds of the tide lapping at the shore lull you into a peaceful sleep. You can read a book from our library or search for tidepools and their inhabitants on the rocky coast. You may even see seals and porpoises or osprey and eagles nest in the area as well as the Blue Lupine wildflower growing by the shore.

The Blue Lupin offers three rooms and one suite, each with private bath. Each room is equipped with a color TV/VCR and you have access to a large collection of movies. Each morning a gourmet breakfast will be served.

The B&B offers a smoke free environment. Children are welcome but must be at least 5 years old. Although we do not board pets at the Blue Lupin, the owners do have a cat.
